Curiosity needs a reason

I'll admit, I get pretty annoyed when someone doesn't show an eagerness to learn.

But I'm learning that empathy is better than judgment.

Just because someone isn’t actively learning something doesn’t automatically mean they’re incapable or unwilling.

They might just not see:

• Why they should

• How they can

• What’s in it for them

The good news is that these are things we can influence.
